Mahea (formerly Bartley Planning Ltd) played a crucial role in the Māori Heritage Programme for Auckland Council. With a focus on Programme Leadership and Technical Planning support, we collaborated closely with the Māori Heritage Team and Mana Whenua partners to facilitate the preparation for a Plan Change aimed at scheduling new sites of significance to Mana Whenua.

Our involvement extended to strategic and technical realms. We provided Program Leadership to guide the overall process and Technical Planning support to ensure the seamless execution of the Plan Change.
