Our engagement encompassed vital Programme Management, Strategic Planning advice, and Technical Planning inputs. This initiative aimed to ensure alignment with the Tairāwhiti Spatial Plan 2050 and advance the region's growth and development.

Approach and Involvement:

Our involvement was multifaceted and strategic. We collaborated with Gisborne Council to provide Programme Management and Strategic Planning support. This included crafting an integrated work program that aligned with the outcomes outlined in the Tairāwhiti Spatial Plan 2050. Additionally, we contributed Technical Planning inputs and a draft Business Case for the Tairāwhiti Resource Management Plan Review process, all of which fed into the Long Term Plan process.

Impact and Outcome:

Through our collaboration, Gisborne District Council's Long Term Plan gained a robust framework that aligned with the aspirations of the Tairāwhiti Spatial Plan 2050. Our inputs ensured that the LTP was well-informed and strategically aligned, setting a course for the region's growth and development over the next decade.
